Instructor Bio

This course focuses on how the Property Management Agreement can be used to set owner expectations when it parallels the policies and procedures used by the brokerage firm. As the Property Management Agreement is the cornerstone of the management relationship, setting expectations within the Property Management Agreement is a great way to meet those expectations and reduce complaints.

Please note that this class is for informational purposes, it is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
This course is an edited version from a Live ZOOM session recorded previously with student participation
