How long does the course take?

If you take three courses per week, you can finish in three and a half months. Students have finished in a little as three weeks.

Is the book hardcopy or digital?

All text is included in digital format. For those of you who would rather have a hardcopy version, you may purchase one at checkout. The book will be shipped the next business day.

What about the exam prep?

Will this license apply to commercial real estate?

Yes, a Colorado Brokers license also applies to commercial real estate. Our Enhanced and Deluxe packages include a bonus course as an introduction to commercial real estate.

How hard is the math?

The math in the real estate exam is not difficult. But if you’re nervous because it’s been a few years since your last math class, we have you covered! We use three different approaches to make real estate math easy for you. First we think math is best learned in small bites. Scattered throughout our course is a series of short, instructor-led, videos we call “Math Moments”. Second, prefer to read your math instruction? Use the math section in the “Principles of Real Estate Practice” textbook. Third, sometimes a different approach helps. The “Math Made Simple” section in our Insider’s Ultimate Assessment & Prep Tool for Passing the State Exam explains concepts in an easy to understand format.
