In this class attendees will learn how to put together the DORA required Office Policy Manual. The curriculum delves into the areas that are required to be included in the Office Policy Manual. Each area of business is addressed and discussed on how to establish real estate businesses to be fully compliant.

This course applies directly to Managing Brokers as the Policies and Procedures manual is required for all brokerages. It will educate the attendee on all areas required to be in the Office Policy Manual.

Instructor – Rob Lynde

Rob has worked with the Education Task Force since 2012 and was a member of the 2013 Property Management Task. He holds the Residential Property Management Professional designation and the Master Property Manager designation awarded by the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He has been teaching property management classes since 2005 and has taught at the local, state, regional, and national level. Robert is the 2021 President for the Colorado Springs Chapter of NARPM and has previously served on the Colorado Springs NARPM Board and as Education and Compliance committee Chairs. Rob was the 2020 President and founding member of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition.
