Instructor Bio

This course takes a close look at the residential property management lease. Attendees will be presented with state statute, rule and industry standards in regards to leases. Attendees will gain understanding of the need to have many areas covered in the lease both as protections to the landlord, tenant and property manager. This is key information that both the employing broker and broker must know and understand if practicing property management.

Please note that this class is for informational purposes, it is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
