This course takes a close look at the residential property management lease. Attendees will be presented with state statute, rule and industry standards in regards to leases. Attendees will gain understanding of the need to have many areas covered in the lease both as protections to the landlord, tenant and property manager. This is key information that both the employing broker and broker must know and understand if practicing property management.

He holds the Residential Property Management Professional designation and the Master Property Manager designation awarded by the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He has been teaching property management classes since 2005 and has taught at the local, state, regional, and national level. Robert is the 2021 President for the Colorado Springs Chapter of NARPM and has previously served on the Colorado Springs NARPM Board and as Education and Compliance committee Chairs. Rob was the 2020 President and founding member of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition.
