Who should take this course:

This course is for attorneys who want to receive their Colorado Associate Broker License.  The completion of this course and passing both sides of the State licensing exam are required to receive a Colorado real estate license.

This package comes with 6 months of course access. After the course expires, students still may retrieve records, certificates and test results. If the Real Estate Commission wants to see proof of your education, sign on and print it out.
