Colorado Contracts and Closings Course

This 72 credit-hour course will prepare and qualify you to take the Colorado side of the licensing exam.

This course will also satisfy the continuing education requirement for licensees who wish to activate or reinstate their license after being inactive or expired for 36 months or less and have not fulfilled their annual continuing education requirements.

Who Must Take This Course And Pass The Full Licensing Exam:

To receive an Associate Brokers License:

1. Previous Colorado broker who was issued a license prior to Jan 1, 1997 and whose license expired more than 3 years ago
   OR
2. Expired broker, license issued in another jurisdiction
   OR
3. Current broker in good standing licensed in another jurisdiction for less than 2 years.
