This 72 credit-hour course provides both education and exam prep to prepare an individual for the state side of the Colorado real estate license exam.
It is a required course to receive a Colorado real estate license for individuals who have either an expired Brokers license from another state OR an active Brokers license from another state that they have held for less than two years.
This course will also satisfy the continuing education requirement for Colorado licensees who wish to activate or reinstate their license after being inactive or expired for 36 months or less and have not fulfilled their annual continuing education requirements.
