This course provides property managers with the essential knowledge and tools to effectively manage property maintenance, ensuring tenant satisfaction, property value retention, and regulatory compliance. Participants will explore maintenance planning, vendor management, budgeting, and strategies to address common maintenance issues efficiently. The course also covers legal obligations related to maintenance and repair, as well as risk mitigation techniques.
This course will equip property managers with comprehensive knowledge and practical skills to effectively manage and maintain residential properties. Upon completion of this course participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the importance of maintenance in property management, and ensure they have the skills to properly handle the demands of property maintenance.
