In this class you will not only learn but be able to put together the DORA required Policies and Procedures manual. The course will teach you the areas that are required to be in the Policies and Procedures manual as each area of business is addressed and discussed on how they run their businesses to be fully compliant. In addition, will show how Brokerages practicing property management should and can expand the property management section of the Policies and Procedures Manual to create systems and a Standard Operating System for day to day property management.

The COX Law Library is a special collection of Real Estate Continuing Education classes written and presented by Colorado’s foremost attorneys. Each class specifically addresses the issues facing Colorado real estate professionals in today’s market.
Rob has worked with the Education Task Force since 2012 and was a member of the 2013 Property Management Task. He holds the Residential Property Management Professional designation and the Master Property Manager designation awarded by the National Association of Residential Property Managers. He has been teaching property management classes since 2005 and has taught at the local, state, regional, and national level. Robert is the 2021 President for the Colorado Springs Chapter of NARPM and has previously served on the Colorado Springs NARPM Board and as Education and Compliance committee Chairs. Rob was the 2020 President and founding member of the Colorado Landlord Legislative Coalition.
