This is the current version of the Colorado Real Estate Commission Update Class required to be taken annually by all Colorado real estate licensees. The accredited class will reward 4 credit hours towards license renewal.
It is presented in streaming video format by real estate attorney and member of the Colorado Division of Real Estate Forms Committee and Education Committee Damian Cox. Mr Cox’s presentation and experience makes this class the authoritative source on new Division rules and regulations and changes to the Real Estate Commission approved contracts.
IMPORTANT NOTE – Please do not procrastinate. The Colorado Real Estate Commission mandates the Commission Update class must be completed by Dec 31 in the year of enrollment. They are inflexible about this requirement, there are no exceptions.
