This course delivers an overview of the Seller’s Property Disclosure, and provides brokers with the necessary knowledge to explain to their buyers what the Seller’s Property Disclosure is and why it was created. Participants will gain an understanding of why the SPD is important and the best practice for both using and completing it.
Brieonna grew up in real estate with her Mom as a Broker, and has held a number of positions within the industry over the last 14 years. These roles include: team leader, executive assistant, Buyer’s agent, Association Executive, and productivity coach throughout IL, TN and CO. Currently, she holds a managing broker’s license and has a degree in Education. Her passion is training and consulting; she teaches real estate school as well and enjoys bringing humor into the classroom.
