This is the current version of the Colorado Real Estate Commission Update Class required to be taken annually by all Colorado real estate licensees. The accredited class will reward 4 credit hours towards license renewal.
It is presented in streaming video format by the Pikes Peak Association of Realtors. The presentation and experience of Mark Hubert makes this class the authoritative source on new Division rules and regulations and changes to the Real Estate Commission approved contracts.
IMPORTANT NOTE-Please do not procrastinate. The Colorado Real Estate Commission mandates the Commission Update class must be completed by Dec 31 in the year of enrollment. They are inflexible about this requirement, there are no exceptions.

Mark and his wife, Jennifer moved to Colorado Springs in 2003 from Champaign, Illinois. They have been blessed with two wonderful boys, Tyler and Oliver, who keep them very busy with sports, scouts, and all of their activities. They also have two dogs, Wrigley and Belle, both are labs.
