This course will discuss the REALTOR® Code of Ethics.  Specifically, a focus on the 17 Articles, the process of an Ethics Complaint, and the role of Professional Standards committees.  Attending this course will award you with 3 CE credits towards license renewal.

A Colorado attorney since 1999, Peterson has been active in both Colorado real estate brokerage and real estate law for over 20 years. He is a  former president of of the Denver Metro Commercial Association of  REALTORS® (DMCAR). His legal experience combined with a brokerage background and  board leadership history provides him a unique ability to consult with  the Board, staff, local associations and CAR members on legal matters  from a pragmatic and experienced-based perspective.

Mr. Cox serves on multiple form and education committees for the Colorado Real Estate Commission, including the committee that created these changes. Damian is a leading authority on the Colorado approved contracts. In his legal practice he represents more than twenty real estate brokerages consisting of over 2,400 real estate brokers.
