Updated to reflect 2024 Colorado Leasing law changes.
Residential Leasing in Colorado has changed dramatically over the past year. Recent legislation greatly affects how we advertise properties, qualify tenants, handle work orders due to the Warranty of Habitability, and even tells us when we can non-renew a tenant. Protected classes, financial penalties, required disclosures and tenant rights rule the day. This class will educate you on the new laws and remind you of the laws that have been in place for a few years now.
