The COX Law Library is a special collection of Real Estate Continuing Education classes written and presented by Colorado's foremost attorneys.  Each class specifically addresses the issues facing Colorado real estate professionals in today's market.

This is a recorded encore presentation of a live webinar given by Attorney Scott Clark.

This course provides employing brokers with the necessary knowledge of the serious issues regarding environmental law and how those issues may impact the sale of a property.

Several types of environmental and natural resources issues can impact real estate transactions involving commercial and industrial real estate.  Most commonly, these issues involve contamination on the property and hazardous materials incorporated into or affecting the building.  However, water bodies, wildlife, and mineral resources on or beneath the property; and water supply to the property also can present significant concerns for a real estate transaction.

Attending this course will award you with 3 CE credits towards license renewal.

Please note that this class is for informational purposes, it is not legal advice and does not create an attorney-client relationship.
