2020 Annual Commission Update Class

(4 mandatory CE credit hours)

REAL ESTATE COMMISSION RULES MANDATE THE 2020 ANNUAL COMMISSION UPDATE COURSE MUST BE COMPLETED BY MIDNIGHT DECEMBER 31, 2020
 

This is the current version of the Colorado Real Estate Commission Update Class required to be taken annually by all Colorado real estate licensees. The accredited class will reward 4 credit hours towards license renewal. 

It is presented in streaming video format by real estate attorney and member of the Colorado DIvision of Real Estate Forms Committee and Education Committee Damian Cox. Mr Cox's presentation and experience makes this class the authoritative source on new Division rules and regulations and changes to the Real Estate Commission approved contracts.

IMPORTANT NOTE - Please do not procrastinate. The Colorado Real Estate Commission mandates the Commission Update class must be completed by Dec 31 in the year of enrollment. They are inflexible about this requirement. If you carry the ACU into the new year incomplete we will be happy to substitute the new ACU in its place when available, but you will not receive CE credit for the incomplete one. No exceptions.
