Fully Online Streaming Real Estate Video Classes

In order to make this course available to a greater number of students, we have broken it down into three separate parts. Each may be purchased individually over time for students who prefer not to incur the cost of the full course in one lump sum. You will have up to eight months to complete the entire course; two  and a half months to complete Part 1, another two and a half months for Part 2 and three months to complete Part 3. Of course you may purchase Parts 2 and 3 sooner if you are working quickly.

There is a one time $50 administrative fee built into the three-part payment plan. This payment plan may not be combined with any other offer.

Part 1 - will cover "Law and Practice" (First third of the course)
You have a choice to make with Part 1 of the payment plan. Would you like to have a digital or a hardcopy version of our textbook mailed out to you?

Part 2 - your payment plan will cover the very important subject area, "Contracts and Regulation" (Second third of the course)

Part 3 - your payment plan will cover the remaining subject areas in the course, (i.e.; "Closings" ; Recordkeeping and Trust Accounts"; Current Legal Issues"; "Practical Applications"; etc.)  (Final third of the course)
