The COX Law Library is a special collection of Real Estate Continuing Education classes written and presented by Colorado's foremost attorneys.  Each class specifically addresses the issues facing Colorado real estate professionals in today's market.

If you have ever represented a seller or buyer in the sale of a property while the seller was in the midst of a bankruptcy proceeding you know that is not your typical real estate transaction. It is vital you understand the process and how it can imact your client.  This streaming video course provides an overview of the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy laws as they pertain to real estate and transactions. Your presentor is well-regarded bankruptcy attorney William Baylis.

At the completion of her presentation, Mr.Baylis will be joined by attorney Damian Cox for a question and answer session.  Mr. Cox provides legal counsel to the agents of some of the largest brokerages in Colorado.  He will discuss the topic from the prespective of the real estate brokers he advises every day.
