The Division of Real Estate requires all active and inactive real estate agents to complete 24 credit hours of continuing education in a three year period. Twelve of those hours are elective credits that can be taken at any time in the three year period. The other 12 hours are in the form of the Annual Commission Update (ACU) class. Each ACU is a four hour course that must be completed in that calendar year.
